Milk is very essential to our health. We all consume Milk almost daily. Here, we will do COMPARISION BETWEEN COW'S MILK AND BUFFALO'S MILK.  You all will think that cow's milk is the only milk which is good for us but No, buffalo milk is not that harmful. What are the health benefits of Milk we will all discuss? 

Cow's milk - This is the most popular milk and earlier it is the only milk that is available in the market. there is no doubt in saying that cow's milk is good but Buffalo milk is also not bad.

If a person has health problems like diabetes, hypertension and having some liver diseases, then also we suggest them to drink Cow's milk.

Besides all these advantages Cow's milk has disadvantages too- Cow's milk contains less protein and fewer calories, If a person is underweight and wants to gain weight then this is not the right choice, for them, we can suggest drinking buffalo milk .
