WHAT IS HEALTH & FITNESS ? BRIEF EXPLAIN .

WHAT IS HEALTH? 

HEALTH is a state of complete physical, mental, social well-being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmities.


EXPLANATION - 

HEALTH means a condition of the body with physical, mental, social well-being. Also, the person should not have any kind of disease and /or don't have any mental health issues, if all these things are present in the body then we can say that the person is living a healthy life. There are many benefits of living a healthy life like they have fewer chances to develop any kind of diseases, they help in saving money,  reduced risk to develop mental health issues and also they have a good mood all the time. these people are also seen to be enthusiastic, active, energetic, confident, free from tension -stress, and whatnot.

So, start living a healthy life, for yourself and for your family members because 

" THERE CAN BE NO HAPPINESS WITHOUT GOOD HEALTH "   


WHAT IS PHYSICAL FITNESS? 

FITNESS is the state/condition of the health and well-being of a person.

 Fitness can be achieved through 3 things -

  1.  proper nutrition, 
  2. proper exercise and  
  3. complete and sufficient rest
For achieving Fitness, all these 3 things account. Proper nutrition and Proper diet account for 70% of your health status, 20% from exercise, and 10% from your rest. By doing exercise, you will get stamina, strength, endurance, flexibility, etc. 



EXPLANATION - 
We take one example to understand fitness - Suppose a person wants to lose his/her weight, and want to become fit, then he/she must have to be a focus on nutrition, exercise, and rest, but what people think that they have to do exercise and fast for the day, they will not eat anything, they feel that how much they will eat that much they will gain weight but it is NOT TRUE!!!! 
because our body needs all the nutrients to work properly, starving is not the solution for losing weight. SO, if you want to lose weight with proper fitness then you must have to follow this 70:20:10 ratio. 
Also, FITNESS can be achieved if you have GOOD HEALTH.
